职位描述:
1. 带领跨职能项目组成员(研发,市场,采购,质量,生产,物流)遵循博世标准项目流程(PIF),完成新产品开发项目。
2. 根据业务要求,与团队制定项目目标,并与管理层和项目相关部门达成一致。对项目的结果负直接责任,确保项目能够按照计划的时间完成,并达到目标质量和成本。
3. 主动评估项目风险和机会,制定风险对应计划,并始终跟踪执行进度和响应变化。带领团队解决项目中的问题。
4. 每月向管理层及合作部门汇报项目进度及当前状况,确保紧急事件及时沟通和升级,以确保快速决定,项目按时完成。
5. 管理项目团队,创造良好的合作氛围,保持高效的执行力。为项目成员的个人绩效提供重要输入。
6. 进行阶段性复盘,不断改进流程和项目过程中的问题。
- Lead cross-functional project teams (Engineering, Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics) to develop new products aligned with business targets, following standard process.
- Define and align the project goals properly with all stakeholders. Directly responsible for the overall project success, i.e. goal achievement of product quality/performance, financials and schedule agreed.
- Proactively assess project risks by regularly evaluating program weaknesses and opportunities; define and implements alternative plans with team to keep project on track.
