JOB DESCRIPTION
GMS Group is a highly diversified multinational company operating throughout the Asia Pacific region, Africa, and Europe. The company operates several hotel loyalty marketing businesses, and develops state of the art technology GMS is incorporated in 15 countries, operates over 100 offices and employs more than 1,200 staff.
We currently have one Full-Time position available in Guangzhou, China for the role of:
IT Support Specialist
Required Skill Set:
· A bachelor’s degree in engineering or science and having 1-3 years of technical or product management experience in Hotel Loyalty domain.
· Experience with CRM System. Experience with Salesforce CRM and work flow rule will have added advantage
· Familiar with Wechat e-voucher program, H5 or Mini program. Contact supplier base on business requirement.
· Familiar with API interface.
· Perform POS programming tasks such as changing prices and taxes, adding and removing items, and configuring discounts and promotions.
· Troubleshoot POS problems and work with vendors to resolve support issues.
· End user IT related problem (Hardware, Software etc)
· Experience in IT Support.
· Has a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude
· Ability to deal with multi-tasking
· Proactive with ideas, show lots of initiative, fast and creative thinker
