Tasks:
Manage the customer claims and ensure the claims closed in time;
Customer communication interface when escalation from engineer level;
Lead internal problem solving process and ensure all actions are implemented effectively, timely escalation if needed;
Perform and join related audits( internal and external), define, coordinate and verify corrective actions
Prepare and review the related quality KPI regularly;?
Manage and coach the quality team to get growth and knowledge to optimize work result;
Other tasks assigned by manager.
skill:
Comprehensive knowledge of error prevention and problem solving like 8D, Ishikawa, 5whys;
Be good at on the data collection and data analysis;
Comprehensive knowledge of quality tools, e.g; PPAP,MSA,SPC, Control plan and FMEA;
Good communication skill with internal and external;
IATF 16949 certified internal auditor
