Job Responsibilities
1. First level support to logistics users in daily business
2. Driving process improvement with logistics team and regional SCM team.
3. Alignment with IT Dept. and other modules on incident or change management of logistics related process.
4. Supporting user trainings on new process or changes, including creation and management of relevant documentation
5. Monitor SAP usage based on defined processes or rules and coordinate resources on in-time correction of errors.
6. Other tasks assigned by superior.
Job Qualification and Personal Competencies
Education :Bachelor degree
Major:SCM/Logistics, Information Technology or comparable qualifiations
Foreign Language:Fluent in oral and written English
Computer Literacy:Skillful in MS Office
Functional Knowledge:1. Knowledge in SAP SD, MM, PP module with 3 years working expereince.
2.Experineces in proejct management
Personal Competency:1.Result Orientation 2.Responsible and accountable 3.Good communication and teamwork skills
