工作职责:Job Summary and MissionThis job contributes to China Centralized Accounting Shared Service Center(CASS) by performing complex sales audit accounting functions associated with one or more of the following: maintain accounting records, develop financial statements and reports, maintain accounting system(RAS), assist customers in interpreting financial reports for the assigned accounting functions in CASS service delivery. Act as team player and participte in CASS initiatives to improve accounting processes and the comprehension of accounting data. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.Detailed Task:Detailed tasks include but are not limited to the following:◆Finish sales audit for different payment channels accurately and timely, find reasons for reconciliation variance and save supporting document per SOX requirement.◆Prepare ADI template (journal entry) as necessary, including LE, RC, NA, amount, reversal, and description. Print ADI template and file together with supporting and sign off as preparer independently. Upload ADI template to Oracle. File the manual ADI as accounting record.◆Prepare monthly account reconciliations and upload to system◆Communicate with team, cross-function team to understand the request, the process etc., and take action.◆Identify the default or deficiency with sales audit function, provide the solution, and solve issue smoothly.◆Participate in other projects and assignments as needed to support the goals of the team.◆Prepare and maintains assigned balance sheet and income statement account analysis on a monthly basis. Prepare required adjusting journal entries as necessary.◆Provide assistance with the maintenance of accounting system. (RAS)◆Support internal and external audit.任职资格:Summary of Experience◆Working experience in Accounting 5 years or above, including 2 years GL accounting experience.◆Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance.◆Retail experience is favourable.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities◆Good customer service mindset and communication skill◆Performance and target driven◆Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline and SLA requirements◆Ability to work in a standardized environment with occasional variables◆Position specific knowledge: specialization areas include Revenue Recogniton, Sales Reconcliation, Output VAT, surtax, etc. Sales audit experience is plus.◆Attention to detail◆Experience with general ledger systems (e.g. Oracle or other ERP)◆Advanced analytical skills◆Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word.◆Basic English skills. 职能类别：会计师
