杭州校区人事部现需一名人事实习生,主要协助负责学校中方教职员工的招聘和外籍人员的签证续签和转聘。招聘包括管理招聘网站(猎聘、51job、智联、领英、万行教师网),筛选简历,寻访合适的候选人,电话沟通,渠道拓展及开发,保证招聘质量等。签证需负责外籍人员签证续签,转聘等。工作时间为工作日7:30-16:30或8:00-17:00。岗位要求:1. 在校学生,英语,人力资源管理专业优先2.良好的中英文口语和写作能力3.有责任心,善于沟通,注重细节,卓越的团队合作能力4.有意向从事教育行业职能岗;表现优异者,毕业后可转正福利待遇:午餐:免费食堂(中西餐、水果、饮料)交通:免费员工班车(萧山区内)/地铁19号机场快线 - 知行路站日薪:120元/天OBJECTIVES:The HR Assistant will take responsibility for the recruitment and expat’ visa work for Wellington College Hangzhou. The HR Assistant ensure an effective and efficient operation of talent acquisition for expat hiring including academic and Non-academic staff, supporting HR Manager in implementing overall recruitment strategy for Wellington College Hangzhou and work closely with Academic and other Non-Academic departments as required.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Recruitment1. In charge of the recruitment for local positions approved in both academic and non-academic team, and be responsible for employment process according to safer recruitment policy2. Mainly responsible for mapping and identifying suitable candidates, phone screening, managing the interview process, supporting for offer administration and reference check3. Maintain the local recruitment channels on daily basis4. Assist the Recruitment Manager in building up talent pool and expanding recruitment channels to meet the hiring needs5. Support for the Universities and Colleges affairs6. Ensure safer recruitment in entire processVisa for Expats7. Existing expats’ renewal of work permit and residence permit for expatriates 8. Ensure all expatriates staff’s personal file are up to date9. Support with expatriate staff onboarding process, make sure the communication with new staff smoothly and effectively10. Maintain close relation with all local authorities11. Other duties as assigned by HR ManagerJOB QUALIFICATIONSBasic Qualification: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above2. Major: Human Resources management preferred or related subject 1. Language: Fluency in English and ChineseExpertise:2. 1 - 3 years recruitment experience ideally in a context that includes international staff3.
