Support GTM team and planning team for supply chain network planning and adjustment to support business growth 支持GTM团队、计划团队进行供应链网络规划和调整，以支持业务增长 3. Work with regional supply chain team to ensure that productivity are achieved through forward planning and efficient execution, and plan and pipeline for the next year 与区域供应链团队合作，通过前瞻性规划和高效率执行，确保年度节约增效达成，并为来年的节约增效做好规划和准备 4. Complete annual and rolling budget of logistics cost, and ensure that the logistics spending is in line with the budget plan 完成物流成本年度预算及滚动预算，并且确保物流成本在总体上与预算规划一致 5. Connect with safety, quality, industry and other relevant departments to ensure the coordination and efficient development of safety, quality and new product projects in the logistics team 对接安全、质量、工业等相关部门，确保安全、质量、新品项目在物流团队的协同、高效开展 6. Understand market trends and directions, global headquarters recommendations, cross-CBU practices, and promote innovative logistics projects and models through innovative project research and planning, such as automation, shared warehouse, etc. 了解市场趋势与方向、全球总部建议、跨CBU实践，通过创新项目研究和规划，推动物流创性项目与模型，如自动化，共享仓等 7. According to the business direction and operation adjustment, update logistics SOP and process, ensure the matching of logistics standards and practices and promote the standardization of operation 根据业务方向及运作调整，更新物流SOP及流程，确保物流标准与实践匹配，推动运作标准化 8. Verify regional operation process according to the requirements of audit terms and ensure compliance; plan DBC logistics internal audit mechanism to improve regional operation compliance 根据审计条款要求，核查区域运作流程，并且确保合规执行；规划DBC物流内审机制，提升区域运作合规性 9. Co-work with HR and other departments to improve the logistics professional skills of regional logistics colleagues 协同HR等部门提升区域物流同事的物流专业技能 任职要求： 1. Bachelor degree and above, majoring in Supply Chain related subject is preferred 本科及以上学历，供应链管理相关专业优先 2. Minimum 5 years working experience in logistics or customer service field 至少在物流或客服领域有5年工作经验 3. Experience in team management 具备团队管理经验 4. Experience in project management 具备项目管理经验 5. Experience in logistics cost budgeting and management 具备有物流成本预算及管理经验 6. Experience in logistics system management 具备有物流系统管理经验 7. Fluent in English, able to use in daily communication 英语流利，能用于日常沟通交流 8. Training experience is a plus 具备培训经验为佳
